We are seeking two Environmental Planning professionals to play a key role in coordinating and delivering environmental approvals and planning outcomes for infrastructure projects across Australia

.

Key Responsibilities:

Approval and Planning support:

  • Identifying and mapping all planning and environmental approvals, permits, licences and assessment pathways required for development and infrastructure projects in Austra
  • lia.Assist in preparing environmental assessments, planning applications, and approval documenta
  • tionContribute to environmental impact assessment processes to support sustainable project outcomes and minimise environmental impacts

Regulatory interpretation and integration:

  • Interpret regulatory and planning requirements and translate them into structured, actionable deliverables
  • Coordinate inputs across technical teams (environment, planning, engineering, GIS and theirs)
  • Support integration of technical outputs into consistent, defensible approval packages

Project management and coordination:

  • Support project planning, scheduling, and programme tracking. Monitor milestones, dependencies, and delivery risks across
  • projectsMaintain approvals registers, risk logs, and issue trackers. Identify risks early and support mitigationactions
  • Track deliverables and ensure alignment with approvals pathways and submission requirements.

Client relationships and stakeholder Management:

Develop and maintain excellent relationships ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction, internally and externally.

Skill Required:

  • Over 5 years experience in environmental planning, consulting, infrastructure, or related fields
  • Bachelor / masters degree level in Engineering/Architecture/Environmental Studies/Town Planning.
  • Strong project coordination and organisational skills, including experience working across multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting environmental approvals, impact assessments, or planning processes for infrastructure projects supporting Australia or global markets.Demonstrated interest in building a long-term career in environmental planning and approvals, with the ambition to grow into a team leadership role.
