This part-time remote position of Environmental Health Safety Specialist involves managing and monitoring safety and compliance measures across development initiatives. The specialist will design, implement, and evaluate environmental health and safety (EHS) guidelines, coordinate workplace safety sessions, and ensure adherence to local occupational health standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, providing safety training, and advising on systems and policies to promote a safe, sustainable work environment. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to embed safety practices into operational activities is key.

• Expertise in Health & Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) practices
• Proficiency in assessing and managing Workplace Safety and conducting Safety Training
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and environmental sustainability practices
• Excellent communication and training delivery skills
• Capability to work collaboratively and independently in remote settings
• Prior experience or certifications in EHS or related fields are highly advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related discipline preferred
