Role Overview
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental Graphics Designer to join our corporate marketing-focused design team. This senior-level role will be responsible for conceptualizing and delivering high-impact environmental and spatial branding solutions across HCLTech offices and delivery centers, particularly in India, while also supporting client-branded Permanent ODC initiatives.
You will play a critical role in translating brand narratives into physical environments—designing for walls, spaces, signage, installations, and other large-format print applications. The role requires a deep understanding of print production, materials, and spatial design, along with the ability to work across multiple brand systems, including those of our clients and partners, and to interface effectively with client branding and marketing teams.
This position offers end-to-end ownership—from concept development through production-ready execution—ensuring that every environment reflects strategic intent, brand consistency, and visual excellence. The role will also oversee design agency partners where applicable and provide support to Visual Identity (VI)-related creative activities where needed.

- Create production-ready artwork with a strong understanding of materials, substrates, finishes, and installation constraints.
- Develop concepts, design narratives, stakeholder presentations, and production-ready artwork.
- Partner with vendors and fabricators to oversee print production and installation, ensuring design fidelity.
- Oversee production and installation to maintain design fidelity and quality.
- Bring innovative thinking to the space by identifying design elements and interventions that enhance the aesthetics and overall experience of the ODC environment.
- Support Visual Identity (VI)-related creative activities, including exploratory design and development of complementary branded materials where relevant.
- Report project progress, design direction, brand compliance, and key approvals to the Visual Identity lead.
- Maintain and evolve environmental design guidelines and standards for global consistency.
- Stay up to date with trends in environmental design, materials, and experiential branding.
- Provide guidance, training and mentorship to junior designers where applicable.
