Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Environmental Engineer to support project activities by ensuring environmental compliance and sustainability. The role involves preparing, implementing, and monitoring environmental management plans in line with ADB (Asian Development Bank) guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Environmental Management Plans (EMP) as per project requirements and ADB guidelines
- Oversee implementation of environmental mitigation measures across project sites
- Monitor environmental performance and ensure adherence to approved plans
- Ensure compliance with ADB environmental safeguard policies and regulatory requirements
- Conduct environmental impact assessments and identify potential risks
- Maintain documentation, records, and reports related to environmental compliance
- Support audits, inspections, and environmental reviews
Required Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor's in Environmental Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of overall experience, with at least 5 year in similar role.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and ADB safeguard policies
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site activities
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
