About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Environment Manager to take ownership of all non‑production environments across our core SaaS application landscape, including Development, Test, UAT, and Pre‑Production.

In this role, you will ensure these environments remain stable, secure, production‑aligned, and always ready to support complex, multi‑system delivery cycles.

You will work closely with internal teams—Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure—as well as external SaaS vendors to maintain environment integrity, streamline processes, and drive automation and best practices.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

✔️ Own and manage all non‑production environments across key SaaS platforms (ShareDo, Elite 3E, etc.)

✔️ Ensure Test & UAT environments mirror live configuration, integrations, workflows & security

✔️ Manage scheduling, booking, and availability for multiple project streams and release cycles

✔️ Validate data refreshes, integration stability, deployment rehearsals for release readiness

✔️ Troubleshoot environment issues with SaaS vendors, DevOps, and engineering teams

✔️ Drive automation of provisioning, refresh, and deployment processes

✔️ Govern code promotion, configuration migration, and rollback processes

✔️ Monitor health & performance of all non‑production environments

✔️ Maintain accurate documentation (integration maps, deployment guides, refresh schedules)

✔️ Continuously improve environment management processes and stability

Essential

  • Experience managing SaaS / cloud environments
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines
  • Excellent cross-team coordination skills
  • Strong planning, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
  • Understanding of change & release governance
  • Ideally, familiarity with security and compliance
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
