Job Description

Position: HSE Lead

Location: Bina, Madhya Pradesh

Industry: Oil & Gas Refinery

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage the overall HSE audit schedule and programme in consultation with the client.
• Coordinate and monitor the execution of planned HSE audits and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct quality reviews of audit reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with applicable requirements.
• Lead audit closing meetings with contractors and concerned stakeholders and communicate key findings and required corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit monthly consolidated HSE/audit reports highlighting key observations, trends, compliance status, and performance.
• Act as the key HSE interface with BPCL management for audit-related matters, performance monitoring, and coordination.
• Conduct HSE performance evaluation and identify areas requiring improvement.
• Analyse incidents, review incident reports, identify trends, and support appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of HSE records, reports, audit documentation, and compliance status.
• Coordinate and support other HSE-related activities as advised by the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC)/Client.
• Provide guidance and leadership to the HSE audit team to ensure effective and consistent execution of project requirements.

Key Competencies:

Strong knowledge of HSE audits, audit programme management, report preparation, incident analysis, contractor safety management, stakeholder coordination, and HSE performance monitoring.

Qualification:

• Full-time Graduate in Engineering – Any Discipline
• Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS) of minimum 1 year duration

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of total experience
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Safety Audits
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Execution
• Experience should be in the Construction Industry
• Experience shall be considered after completion of the Engineering Degree

Salary: 80,000 – 90,000 per month
