Job Purpose - Leading the implementation of EHS practices and requirements at ENB (all the manufacturing locations of Envision Blade). Key focus area is risk assessment, implementation of Envision EHS guidelines, customer EHS requirements and Global standard requirements.

Reporting Head ENB India & Dotted Reporting to Head of QEHS, India Region

Qualification

• Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical. Having experience in handling manufacturing plants / heavy industries / renewable projects
• 15-20 years experience

Key Deliverables/ Outcomes

• Ensuring the implementation of Envision EHS guidelines at various phases of manufacturing plants.
• Monitoring, updating, review and auditing of the Company EHS Systems
• Assists the SCM, Process and Operations Department in their dealings with all issues concerned with Health, Safety and Environment at work.
• Conducts safety audits both internal and external.
• Takes part in accident / incident investigation and carry out analysis of accident / incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans.
• Carries out safety audits on Sub-contractors.
• Performs Risk Assessment and suggests solutions for handling EHS related issues based on own knowledge
• Imparting training to internal and external stakeholders including sub-contractor personnel on Envision EHS practices
• Taking care of EHS documentation and sharing same within time with all the stakeholders
• EHS reporting as per Envision procedure and frequency
