Environment, Health and Safety Manager

This full-time role as an Environment, Health and Safety Manager is based on-site in Bengaluru. The Manager will oversee the implementation and management of safety standards, ensure compliance with environmental health regulations, and lead occupational health practices in the workplace. Responsibilities include conducting safety audits, investigating accidents, delivering safety training programs, and promoting a culture of health and environmental safety throughout the organization.

• Expertise in Health & Safety practices and Environment Health and Safety (EHS)
• Proficiency in Occupational Health and Accident Investigation procedures
• Experience in designing and conducting safety-related Training programs
• Strong knowledge of local and national safety regulations, with an emphasis on environmental compliance
• Outstanding problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field
• Industry certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly desirable
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
