Job Description -

We are looking for an experienced Environment Clearance Officer to manage all environmental approvals and compliance requirements for civil and construction projects. The candidate will be based at the Head Office and will work under the Architect Team, coordinating closely with internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end environmental clearance processes for construction and civil projects.
  • Prepare, review, and submit applications for Environmental Clearance (EC) to SEIAA / MoEF / SPCB and other statutory bodies.
  • Coordinate with environmental consultants for EIA/EMP reports, compliance submissions, and public hearing processes.
  • Ensure adherence to approved environmental conditions during project execution.
  • Liaise with government authorities, architects, consultants, and project teams for timely approvals.
  • Maintain statutory records, reports, and documentation related to environmental compliance.
  • Support inspections, audits, and regulatory reviews as required.
  • Provide regular status updates and compliance reports to the Architect Team and management.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of environmental laws and clearance procedures for civil projects.
  • Practical experience in handling EC approvals and compliance.
  • Good coordination and communication skills to work with architects and consultants.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and regulatory timelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Experience: 4–7 years in environmental clearance/compliance for construction or civil projects.
  • Education: Graduation in Environmental Science / Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
