Entry-Level Aviation and Logistics Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Support: Assist with logistics coordination, ensuring timely and efficient operations in the aviation sector.
• Documentation Management: Help in maintaining and organizing key operational documents, including flight schedules, cargo manifests, and inventory records.
• Communication: Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth coordination between aviation and logistics teams.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers by addressing inquiries, assisting with flight bookings, and resolving issues related to logistics or travel services.
• Data Entry & Reporting: Assist in maintaining accurate data records and preparing reports on logistics and aviation operations.
• Compliance: Ensure all processes comply with regulatory standards and safety guidelines.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members to gain exposure to the operations of both the aviation and logistics sectors.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Any Graduate with 0–1 years of experience in aviation or logistics.
• A strong interest in aviation, logistics, and supply chain management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of aviation operations or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
