Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on professional with a strong background in startups, entrepreneurship, or incubation ecosystems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with early-stage ideas and founders, and can guide students through the journey of building startups from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver content around the startup journey - idea validation, MVP, GTM, and fundraising
• Mentor student teams in building startups from scratch through structured sessions and hands-on guidance
• Facilitate ideation and problem discovery exercises
• Support teams in market research, customer discovery, and competitor analysis
• Guide students in building MVPs / prototypes and early GTM strategies
• Help teams prepare for fundraising by working on pitch decks, narratives, and milestone planning

Ideal Background

• Worked in startup incubation centre's / innovation labs / entrepreneurship programs
• Been part of an early-stage startup (0→1 or 1→10 journey)
• Exposure to product building, GTM, or early growth stages
• Experience supporting founders in idea validation, MVP building, or fundraising
• Prior product management experience is a plus, but not mandatory
