This is a high-energy, execution-driven role designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced, student-centric environments.

Role and Requirements :

We are looking for a hands-on professional with experience in early-stage startups or incubation ecosystems.

The ideal candidate will have worked in one or more of the following roles:

1. Experience in incubation/ innovation centres or entrepreneurship programs supporting early-stage founders
2. Part of an early-stage startup team with exposure to product development, go-to-market activities, or fundraising
3. Product management experience (minimum 2 years) in a technology-driven startup
4. Experience working in a startup environment from idea or prototype stage through early growth.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to conduct workshops and mentor student or early-stage startups.

Good to Have:

• Basic awareness of emerging technologies such as AI, Web3, or similar areas.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Design and deliver course content covering the startup journey, from idea validation and MVP development to go-to-market and fundraising.
2. Guide student teams through the early stages of building a startup through lectures, workshops, and hands-on mentoring
3. Facilitate ideation exercises and support teams with basic market research, including understanding customers and competitors
4. Support teams in scoping and developing MVPs or simple prototypes, and in exploring early go-to-market approaches
5. Assist student teams in preparing for fundraising by supporting the development of pitch decks, milestone plans, and short pitches.
