Role Description: The Entrepreneurship Partner in Financial Services will work on-site, engaging directly with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable loan and financial products. This role involves building and maintaining a personal portfolio of customers, providing guidance on all financial products like debt solutions, insurance, Wealth products, loan eligibility, documentation, and application processes, and coordinating with lending and insurance partners to ensure timely approvals. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting new clients, conducting financial discussions, offering transparent product comparisons, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. The role requires a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, as partners operate with a high degree of ownership over their client base and business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong customer relationship and communication skills, with the ability to explain financial products clearly and build trust.
• Basic understanding of banking or financial services; prior experience in sales, finance, or consulting is an advantage.
• Entrepreneurial attitude with a focus on self-driven business development and meeting performance targets.
• Ability to work on-site, manage client meetings, and handle documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Comfort with using digital tools (mobile apps, CRM systems, messaging platforms) for lead management and follow-up.
• Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
