This role sits at the intersection ofHR, sales experimentation, and growth systems.The intern will identify HR and L&D leaders across organizations, design smart outreach experiments, and build lightweight systems to consistently generate qualified leads.
This is not a passive research role we are looking for someone whotests ideas, builds small automation workflows, and moves quickly.

Responsibility :
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify HR leaders, L&D heads, and talent development decision-makers in target companies.
- Build and maintain lead databases using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, Clay, or similar platforms.
- Qualify prospects based on company size, hiring patterns, and training initiatives.
Outbound Experimentation
- Create and test outreach approaches (LinkedIn messages, email campaigns, warm introductions).
- Experiment with different targeting strategies and messaging formats.
- Track outreach results and iterate quickly.
Growth System Building
- Build simple systems for consistent lead flow.
- Use tools and automations to improve prospecting efficiency.
- Document successful outreach strategies for scaling.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor HR and L&D trends.
- Identify companies actively investing in leadership development, employee training, or HR transformation.
Skills :
- Strong LinkedIn research and prospecting ability
- Basic understanding of HR, L&D, or talent development functions
- Ability to write clear outreach messages
- Curiosity with digital tools and automation
- Organized thinking and ability to maintain structured lead lists
- Self-driven execution mindset
Preferred :
- Experience using tools like Apollo, Clay, Notion, Airtable, Zapier, or CRM systems
- Previous lead generation or sales outreach experience
- Experience experimenting with AI tools for prospecting or messaging
- Understanding of HR tech or L&D solutions
