Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) at UNCOVER Wellness located in Gurgaon. The EIR will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic plans, and leading high-impact initiatives to drive business expansion. They will work closely with leadership teams to analyze market trends, create innovative solutions, and oversee the launch of new business ventures. Additionally, the EIR will mentor internal teams, build collaborative partnerships, and ensure efficient execution of key projects aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Business Strategy, Market Analysis, and Strategic Planning
• Strong leadership, team mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• 2 - 5 years Experience in Project Management and operational execution, with attention to detail
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and design innovative business solutions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building client relationships and partnerships
• Background in the wellness, healthcare, or aesthetics sector is considered a significant advantage
• Experience in launching or scaling startups is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
