About the Role

We are looking for a highly autonomous and tech-savvy operator who thrives on solving complex workflow and product challenges. This role sits at the intersection of AI automation, product operations, and platform optimization.

You will work closely with the product and development teams to automate high-impact processes, optimize operational efficiency, and improve the overall user experience of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

AI Automation

• Build and optimize AI-powered workflows using tools/models such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, and other automation platforms.
• Automate MCQ generation, complete test creation pipelines, and question quality auditing.
• Design scalable prompting systems and workflow automations that reduce manual effort while maintaining high output quality.

Product Optimization

• Collaborate directly with developers and product teams to identify, prioritize, and eliminate platform bugs.
• Improve UI/UX flows and streamline platform operations for better user experience.
• Analyze product bottlenecks and recommend rapid optimization strategies.

Cost & Process Optimization

• Develop high-output, low-cost systems to improve operational efficiency.
• Optimize workflows, tooling, and resource usage to maximize scalability.
• Continuously experiment with automation tools and operational improvements.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in workflow automation, AI prompting, product operations, or related technical roles.
• Strong understanding of AI tools, prompting frameworks, and automation systems.
• Ability to independently build solutions with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with aggressive targets.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a hacker mindset.
• Tech-savvy, resourceful, and execution-focused.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with no-code/low-code automation tools.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and AI workflow orchestration.
• Understanding of product optimization and debugging processes.
• Experience scaling operational systems using AI.
