Entrepreneur in Residence

NOTE : This is a Performance-Based Role without fixed compensation

We're looking for an Entrepreneur-in-Residence to work closely with the founder and help build Swagup Media's revenue engine and client pipeline.

Swagup Media is a premium media & publishing venture working with founders, operators, CXOs and institutions on ghostwriting, personal brand building, publishing and recognition platforms like APEX Awards.

This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role with direct exposure to founders, deals and business building.

What You'll Do

• Source, pitch and close clients for ghostwriting, publishing and awards
• Work on proposals, pricing and deal structuring
• Manage client onboarding and early relationships
• Support new initiatives and verticals
• Learn how a premium media business is built from scratch

Who This Is For

• 15 years experience in startups, sales, consulting, media or services
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset wants to build, not just execute
• Comfortable speaking with founders and senior professionals
• High ownership and outcome-oriented

Compensation- Performance-based role

• Earnings tied directly to revenue and outcomes delivered
• Limited or no fixed component initially
