Job Description
The Role
We're hiring an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to own a business line end to end — from finding
the first customer to running it as a P&L. This is a sales-first role for someone who wants to
build, not just close.
Reward360 is a BFSI-focused loyalty and customer engagement platform, working with India's largest
banks. Our platform, Engage OS, powers rewards marketplaces, campaigns, travel, card management and
payments. Alongside the core business, the Founder's Office incubates new bets — and each one needs
an owner.
Title: Entrepreneur in Residence (Sales & Business Ownership) Reports to: Executive Chairman & Co-founder, via the Founder's Office Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout), in office
Experience: 2–3 years
What You'll Own
You run the business as if it were your own company: revenue, pipeline, partners, and the numbers
behind them.
Build and test outbound motions: cold outreach, referrals, events, partnerships
Own proposals, commercials and negotiation through to signed contract
renewals, upsell and new use cases
Report directly to founders with a clear view of what's working and what isn't
Hire and lead a small team as the business scales
Who You Are
You've carried a number, you like owning outcomes, and you'd rather build something than manage a
territory.
Must-haves
By 12 months, your business line is generating repeatable revenue that runs without founder involvement in every deal.
Timeline - Outcome
First 30 days - Know the product, market and competitors; ICPand pitch signed off by founders
First 90 days - Qualified pipeline built; first paid customer orsigned LOI closed
6 months - Repeatable sales motion; monthly revenue targetmet
12 months - Business line runs as its own P&L case made forscaling the team
What You Get
send your CV and a short note on the biggest deal you've closed — what you sold, to whom, and how
