The Role: Entrepreneur-in-Residence Product GTMThis role owns end-to-end Go-To-Market strategy and execution for new product launches at NUUK.
You will act as the central GTM owner for a product working cross-functionally across Brand, Design, Performance Marketing, Marketplaces, Partnerships, Offline, Supply Chain, and Leadership to ensure every product launch is planned, executed, and scaled successfully.
This is a 360-degree role part strategist, part operator, part project manager.
You will define how a product launches, how it shows up in the market in the first 100 days, and how it scales beyond that.
This is not a coordination role. You are expected to own outcomes.
What You'll Do1. Own End-to-End Product GTM Strategy- Define the GTM strategy for each product based on its role in the portfolio, revenue expectations, and target consumer
- Decide positioning, launch narrative, channels, launch phasing, and success metrics
- Build structured GTM plans covering pre-launch, launch, first 100 days, and 100 days+
2. Cross-Functional GTM Execution- Act as the single point of ownership across:
- Brand & Creative
- Design & Packaging
- Performance Marketing
- Marketplaces & Website
- Partnerships & Offline Activations
- Ensure all teams are aligned on timelines, priorities, and launch goals
- Drive execution rigor things move fast and nothing slips
3. Channel & Distribution Planning- Decide where and how the product launches:
- Website
- Marketplaces
- Offline activations
- Partnerships and collaborations
- Plan placements, promotions, launch offers, bundles, and visibility
- Ensure consistency of message and experience across channels
4. Product Lifecycle Ownership (0 1 Scale)- Track launch performance vs expectations
- Identify early signals, gaps, and opportunities
- Continuously refine GTM strategy post-launch to improve adoption, revenue, and contribution
- Work with teams to evolve messaging, creatives, and channel mix over time
5. Project Management & Decision-Making- Build and run detailed launch timelines and operating rhythms
- Anticipate risks, unblock issues, and drive decisions quickly
- Present clear GTM plans, progress updates, and post-launch learnings to leadership
Who You Are- Has 24 years of experience owning or playing a central role in end-to-end product GTMs
- Has worked in consumer tech, consumer durables, electronics, D2C, or similar fast-paced product environments
- Thinks both creatively and commercially you care about storytelling and revenue impact
- Is a strong cross-functional operator who can influence without authority
- Has a structured way of thinking about launches, but is flexible in execution
- Enjoys ambiguity and ownership you like building things from scratch
- Is comfortable working across multiple teams and viewpoints
- Can zoom out to strategy and zoom in to execution seamlessly
(Phone, electronics, or category-creating consumer brands are a strong plus.)
