Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Entrepreneur in Residence role located in Ahmedabad. The Entrepreneur in Residence will be responsible for developing and scaling innovative healthcare solutions, driving strategic initiatives, overseeing business operations, and building partnerships. This role involves conducting market research, identifying growth opportunities, managing cross-functional teams, and crafting a vision for new products and services. Additionally, the individual will work closely with leadership to explore emerging trends, optimize business processes, and foster entrepreneurial innovation within the organization.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to develop, test, and scale innovative ideas
• Skills in market research, business strategy, and data analysis
• Experience in building partnerships and maintaining stakeholder relationships
• Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of digital therapeutics, healthcare technology, or related fields is a plus
• Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field (MBA or equivalent, preferred)
• Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
