What You'll Do (Roles & Responsibilities)
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with the company's long-term objectives, maximizing ROI, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Build and strengthen our brand identity to resonate with target segments and drive loyalty.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team to achieve innovative and aligned execution.
- Manage multichannel campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and impact.
- Stay updated on industry trends by conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and enhance marketing tactics for driving measurable results.
