Role Description

This is a full-time Entrepreneur in Residence role based on-site in Gurugram. The Entrepreneur in Residence will work closely with leadership to drive strategic initiatives, scale operations, and identify growth opportunities. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, developing innovative business models, optimizing operational processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement company objectives. This role offers the unique opportunity to have a significant impact on the company while gaining insights into various aspects of business strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct market research and generate data-driven insights.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, and project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to handle ambiguity, take initiative, and drive projects to completion.
• Background in operations management or scaling business processes is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus.
• Passion for mental health and creating impact-driven solutions in the workplace is highly desirable.
