Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Entrepreneur in Residence at Indian Startup School, located in Gurugram. The individual in this role will mentor and support program participants, help them strategize and validate their business ideas, assist with developing MVPs, and offer guidance on navigating fundraising processes. Additional responsibilities include leading workshops, providing one-on-one coaching, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with the ISS team to enhance the program offerings. The Entrepreneur in Residence will also contribute to community building and leverage their network to attract investors and mentors for participants.

Qualifications

• Strong entrepreneurial skills, including business strategy, idea validation, and leadership experience
• Proficiency in mentoring, coaching, and providing hands-on support to early-stage founders
• Excellent communication and networking skills to engage with stakeholders, including participants, investors, and ecosystem leaders
• Experience in startup development, MVP creation, and navigating the fundraising process
• Knowledge of startup ecosystems, including market trends and investment dynamics
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Entrepreneurship, or a relevant field
• Prior experience as a founder or in working with startups is highly advantageous
