We are inviting an entrepreneurial Company Secretary to join us as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (CS Practice) and build, lead, and scale a full-service corporate secretarial, compliance, and governance practice within our firm's ecosystem.

This role is designed for CS professionals who aspire to build an independent practice, while benefiting from financial security, institutional support, and a ready client base during the early years.

Role Overview

As an Entrepreneur-in-Residence, you will:

Build and manage a dedicated CS practice with end-to-end ownership

Handle corporate secretarial, compliance, and governance assignments under:

Companies Act

SEBI Regulations

FEMA

LLP Act and allied laws

Act as a trusted compliance and governance advisor to founders, promoters, and management teams

Expand the practice into advisory, due diligence, restructuring, and transaction support

Develop SOPs, workflows, and internal processes

Build and manage a support team as the practice scales

Practice Model and Financial Security

Unlike traditional CS practice setups, this role offers:

Fixed monthly remuneration ensuring assured income

Guaranteed minimum billing from an existing and growing client base
