As an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) at Baynine Ventures, you will be part of a high-potential leadership pipeline, working directly with partners to solve complex business problems, build new initiatives, and drive execution across ventures.This role is designed to develop future business leaders who can operate across functions, own outcomes end-to-end, and scale initiatives with clarity and speed.You will work across venture building, strategy, operations, and growth, with increasing ownership based on performance.

• New Venture Exploration & Development:
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities that align with Baynine Ventures mission and vision.
• Incubate and lead new initiatives from ideation to execution, testing innovative concepts that could be spun into standalone ventures.
• Build business models, conduct market research, and assess the viability of new ventures.
• Strategic Growth Initiatives:
• Work on high-priority projects aimed at scaling Baynine Ventures, improving product-market fit, and driving revenue growth.
• Experiment with new channels, products, and services to accelerate business growth.
• Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of different growth strategies and pivot as necessary.
• Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with various teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to lead key growth initiatives.
• Act as a mentor to internal teams, providing entrepreneurial insights and driving a culture of innovation within the company.
• Provide strategic guidance to Baynine Ventures portfolio of projects or product lines, ensuring they meet growth and profitability targets.      
• Business Development & Partnerships:
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships that can fuel Baynine Ventures expansion into new markets.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including external partners, vendors, and investors, to unlock new business opportunities.
• Multi-role Adaptability:
• Be flexible in taking on a variety of roles, whether it's contributing to product development, marketing strategies, or operational improvements.
• Lead special projects and initiatives that contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

• IIT / BITS / NIT / IIM / Tier 1 institute only.
• 1–3 years in high-intensity environments (startup / consulting / product / VC )
• Demonstrated experience of:
• owning and executing projects end-to-end
• solving unstructured problems
• delivering measurable outcomes
• Mindset: Entrepreneurial, self-starter with a strong ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
