Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for an Entrepreneur in Residence at our HQ - Lucknow. The selected candidate will ideate, plan, and execute strategies to accelerate Arboreal's growth in the specialty food and nutraceutical ingredient sector. You will be working directly with the Founders on high impact growth projects.

Responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, driving product innovation, building strategic partnerships, and leading cross-functional teams. The role also involves hands-on collaboration with founders and brand owners to launch and scale cutting-edge, functional food and wellness products.

Qualifications

• Prior experience of building your own startup or scaling growth-stage businesses is highly valuable. Failures are fine.
• Strong hands on expertise in 1 or more of the following functional skills: Design, Marketing, Video Content Production, Copywriting, Digital Commerce, Consumer Brands, Product Formulations, International GTM, Agentic Automation, Supply Chain Operations, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Plant Operations, Process Engineering, HR or Sales.
• Strong execution skills i.e. Leadership, Collaboration, and Project Management
• Exceptional Communication, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making abilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field is a plus but not essential.
