Role Overview

As an Entrepreneur Growth Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring, consulting, onboarding, and enabling entrepreneurs, counselors, training organizations, coaching institutes, and education businesses to become part of the Edumilestones ecosystem through our co-branded and white-label business models.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy consultative selling, business development, relationship building, and helping individuals build successful businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Entrepreneur Acquisition

* Identify and engage potential entrepreneurs, consultants, counselors, and education business owners.

* Conduct discovery calls to understand business aspirations and growth objectives.

* Present Edumilestones business opportunities through consultative sales discussions.

* Convert prospects into active business partners.

Business Consulting & Onboarding

* Guide entrepreneurs on business opportunities, revenue models, and growth potential.

* Support onboarding and activation of new partners.

* Help partners understand products, services, and implementation processes.

* Ensure smooth transition from acquisition to active engagement.

Partner Growth & Engagement

* Build strong long-term relationships with entrepreneurs and business partners.

* Drive partner participation, engagement, and business growth.

* Monitor partner performance and identify expansion opportunities.

* Act as a trusted advisor for business development initiatives.

Revenue & Business Expansion

* Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets.

* Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and follow-up discipline.

* Track conversion metrics and business performance through CRM.

* Contribute to market expansion and ecosystem growth initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must Have

* 2–8 years of experience in Business Development, Consultative Sales, Franchise Sales, Channel Sales, Partner Acquisition, or B2B Sales.

* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

* Ability to engage with entrepreneurs, business owners, and professionals.

* Target-driven and highly self-motivated.

* Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

* Experience managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
