Position: Entertainment Writer Intern

Location: Remote

Type: Unpaid Internship

Duration: 2 months

Responsibilities:

• Write 3-4 engaging articles per week on topics related to movies, TV shows, music, K-pop, K-dramas, global pop culture, and celebrity news.
• Research trending topics and pitch creative story ideas.
• Conduct interviews with industry professionals, influencers, or artists when required.
• Ensure accuracy, originality, and high editorial standards in all content.
• Collaborate with the editorial team to curate and refine articles before publication.
• Optimise articles with SEO-friendly headlines, keywords, and formatting.
• Stay updated with entertainment industry trends, awards, and major global events.
• Assist in content repurposing for social media platforms (short-form captions, teasers, etc.).

Requirements:

• Strong writing and research skills with an engaging storytelling style.
• Passion for entertainment journalism, pop culture, and digital media.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with SEO, WordPress, or other content management systems is a plus.
• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of journalism, communications, media studies, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Previous writing experience (published work, blog, or portfolio) is a plus, but not mandatory.
