The architect collaborates with diverse teams to ensure that the solutions align with strategic goals and industry standards, continuously exploring innovative approaches to improve product quality and operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and communication of architectural strategies that support business objectives.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of technology initiatives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based contact center solutions and their integration within enterprise environments.
• Ability to design scalable and secure architectures that meet business and technical requirements.
• Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing cloud communication platforms.
• Familiarity with best practices in system design, deployment, and maintenance within cloud ecosystems.
