Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and communication of architectural standards and best practices to ensure consistency across projects.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth and skill enhancement.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technology initiatives with business objectives and drive enterprise-wide transformation.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Strong understanding of cloud-based contact center solutions and their integration within enterprise environments.
• Ability to design scalable and secure architectures that support business continuity and operational efficiency.
• Experience in troubleshooting complex system issues and providing effective, sustainable solutions.
• Familiarity with automation and orchestration tools to optimize technology workflows and processes.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon Connect.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
