Job Summary :

JOOLA is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Systems Tech Lead to oversee our end-to-end ecosystem of enterprise applications, including NetSuite ERP, Salesforce CRM, Celigo integrations, and EDI connectivity. This role will guide strategy and execution across these platforms, ensuring reliable operations, scalable integrations, and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate brings a blend of hands-on technical expertise, leadership skills, and an ability to collaborate across business functions in a fast-growing global organization.

Role and Responsibilities

Enterprise Systems Ownership & Operations

• Own day-to-day operations of JOOLA's enterprise systems including NetSuite ERP, Salesforce CRM, Celigo integration platform, and EDI connectivity.
• Monitor, support, and troubleshoot system and integration workflows to ensure high availability, accuracy, and SLA adherence.
• Manage system configuration, user roles, permissions, and data quality across platforms.
• Plan capacity and performance for peak business periods to ensure scalability.
• Implement system and process automation to reduce manual tasks and increase efficiency.
• Design and implement observability and monitoring capabilities - collecting logs, metrics and traces to proactively detect and resolve system issues.

Integration & Architecture Management

• Comprehend business requirements and devise scalable integration solutions across ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and analytics systems.
• Lead integration projects using Celigo and other iPaaS platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi), native platform APIs, webhooks and eventdriven patterns.
• Learn deep knowledge of EDI business processes such as Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) - to automate order entry, fulfillment, invoicing, and payment processes across trading partners.
• Design and manage EDI transaction flows for common transaction sets (e.g., 850 purchase orders, 855 acknowledgments, 856 advance ship notices, 810 invoices) and align them with supply-chain and financial processes.
• Apply understanding of NetSuite's core ERP modules - including financial management, inventory management, order management, supply chain management, materials requirements planning (MRP), and procurement to build robust integrations.
• Integrate Oracle ERP modules - such as Financial Management, Procurement and Supply Chain Management by designing data flows and automations that track accounts payable/receivable, streamline purchasing and manage inventory
• Select appropriate Salesforce integration patterns (data, process, virtual) and implement synchronous and asynchronous integrations according to best practices.

• Integrate SAP CRM modules (Sales, Marketing, Service and Analytics) to automate sales processes, manage marketing campaigns, handle customer service operations and analyze customer behaviour
• Write and maintain integration scripts and functions using languages such as JavaScript, Python, SuiteScript, Apex, or other relevant technologies.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and data transformations to facilitate high-volume data exchange between systems.
• Implement event-driven and asynchronous integration patterns leveraging message queues and webhooks.
• Establish API governance standards including version control, authentication, pagination, rate-limit handling, and protocol conversions.
• Design reliable workflows with proper retry logic, idempotency, error handling, and monitoring.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies; conduct proofs-of-concept and make buy vs. build recommendations.
• Work with multiple iPaaS platforms (Celigo, MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.) and API management tools to orchestrate complex integrations.

Application & Data Enhancement

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and architects to evolve platform capabilities and data models.
• Guide system configurations, customizations, and data transformations to support new business initiatives.
• Develop customizations and extensions on NetSuite and Salesforce platforms using SuiteScript 2.0 and Apex to meet complex business needs.
• Implement Celigo Flow Builder solutions with custom scripting and connectors to integrate eCommerce, finance, CRM, and supply chain systems.
• Ensure code quality through peer code reviews, adherence to design patterns, and robust unit testing.
• Develop data transformation pipelines using SQL, XSLT, or other tools to map and transform EDI and API payloads.
• Oversee integration security, including secrets management, certificate renewals, and key rotation.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for integration code and configurations.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to system administrators, integration engineers, and analysts.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment between finance, operations, supply chain, and IT teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to map O2C and P2P processes and translate them into technical integration designs.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
• Lead the resolution of system and integration incidents, performing root cause analysis and applying permanent fixes.

Governance, Compliance & Documentation

• Establish observability dashboards and alerting for key metrics, logs and traces to support proactive monitoring and continuous improvement
• Develop and maintain integration and application standards, guidelines, and roadmaps.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and data security protocols across all systems.
• Maintain clear documentation for designs, mappings, operational procedures, and runbooks.
• Adhere to EDI standardization, automation, integration, and simplification guidelines to ensure efficient supply chain flows.
• Support audits, peak season readiness, and business continuity planning.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise systems management and integration, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership and people management role.
• Handson expertise with NetSuite ERP (mandatory) and experience with iPaaS platforms such as Celigo/MuleSoft/Boomi, SAP/Salesforce and EDI skills are preferred but can be learned on the job.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite core modules including financial management, inventory management, order management, supply chain management, materials requirements planning (MRP) and procurement and familiarity with Oracle ERP modules (Financial Management, Procurement and Supply Chain Management)
• Deep knowledge of EDI processes, including Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) supply-chain workflows, and experience automating these processes via EDI.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite core modules - including financial management, inventory management, order management, supply chain management, materials requirements planning (MRP), and procurement and other Oracle ERP solutions.
• Proven experience with Salesforce integration patterns (data, process, virtual), synchronous vs. asynchronous messaging, and API event handling.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and system monitoring tools.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python) for scripting and automation.
• Experience building custom integrations using NetSuite SuiteScript 2.0 and Salesforce Apex.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data modelling, transformation, and performance tuning.
• Experience with other iPaaS platforms such as MuleSoft or Boomi, and B2B integration frameworks.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and time zones.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify or Amazon and their integrations.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures, data lake design, or messaging systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
• SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience participating in migration or modernization initiatives (platform changes, partner expansions, ERP upgrades).
• Experience with automation and monitoring tools.
