Locations: Bangalore | Mumbai | Hyderabad | Chennai | Gurgaon | Pune

Work Mode: Work from Respective Sales Office + On-Field

Timings: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM IST

CTC: 10.5 12 LPA

Key Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Sales & Revenue Ownership

Drive enterprise sales across IT/ITeS, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Education & more

Execute aggressive revenue acquisition strategies

Understand complex organizational hierarchies, buying behaviors & stakeholder needs

Convert high-potential target accounts into long-term enterprise clients

  • Client Acquisition (Hunting Focused)

Own the complete sales lifecyclefrom prospecting to final closure

Build strong relationships with CXOs, VPs, Directors & senior influencers

Collaborate with Legal, Operations & Solutions teams to accelerate closures

  • Market Intelligence & Account Mapping

Conduct deep account research, competitor analysis & contract mapping

Track market trends, renewal cycles & competitive movements

Provide insights to improve solution positioning & GTM effectiveness

  • Processes, Reporting & Strategic Execution

Build structured solution-selling frameworks

Maintain robust sales pipelines, dashboards & forecasting

Share performance insights, risks & growth opportunities

  • Pricing & Contract Negotiation

Lead commercial discussions and negotiate win-win agreements

Ensure strategic pricing aligned with client value and internal KPIs

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred)

Experience Requirements

  • 4+ years of enterprise/B2B sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in closing large ticket-size deals (25 Lakhs+)
  • Preferred background: Employee Transportation Solutions, Software Sales, Telecom/Networking, Facility Management, Commercial Real Estate, or similar enterprise solutions
