Enterprise Solutions Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for an Enterprise Solutions Engineer who operates at the intersection of engineering and customer success. This role involves working closely with enterprise clients to integrate, troubleshoot, and optimize AI-driven solutions while collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless technical experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer-Facing Engineering

  • Act as the technical point of contact for enterprise customers
  • Support setup, integration, and implementation of solutions
  • Handle technical queries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

Debugging & Problem Solving

  • Perform root cause analysis across code, infrastructure, and integrations
  • Debug issues related to APIs, webhooks, and system performance
  • Ensure smooth functioning of enterprise-scale systems

Solutioning & Enablement

  • Build internal tools, scripts, and proof-of-concept integrations
  • Deliver technical documentation, walkthroughs, and best practices
  • Train internal teams on product capabilities and technical differentiators

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with product, engineering, and customer success teams to resolve complex challenges
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements
  • Support sales conversations by addressing technical queries and objections

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 25 years of experience in Solutions Engineering / Software Engineering / Implementation roles (SaaS preferred)
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across code and infrastructure
  • Proficiency in Python or JavaScript
  • Experience working with APIs, webhooks, SSO, and enterprise integrations
  • Familiarity with AWS, monitoring tools, and basic DevOps practices
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working with enterprise clients or in customer-facing technical roles
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Willingness to work in US time zone overlap (PST/EST)
