MCA / BE Graduate or with Computer engineering background
Experience in CDN, LMS, CMS, CDN as a Service, Unified Delivery Network (Bringing together top content providers, service providers)
Knowledge of Video Standards (MPEG2 MPEG4, H.264) , MPEG/TS and Service Information(SI) Tables Protocols (RTSP, ABR)
E2E integration role in the projects involving CMS, CDN, Middleware, Video Processing Platform
Knowledge of standards like SCROM and TinCan.
Knowledge of SOAP / XML / WSDL / REST, CSV, XML, JSON formats
Experience with IP networking technologies including VLAN, IPv6, BGP, DNS;
Experience with server hardware and Linux, Windows, MacOS operating systems;
Experience with languages such as PHP, Python, Ruby, shell scripting;
Experience with scaling and tuning AWS
Experience with OTT Media centric Analytical engines
Experience with mobile networking topologies (3G, LTE)
Experience with streaming media technologies
Experience with caching software and DNS systems
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a solution architect, in defining the solution of the Learning Product on web and App with LMS.
A strong background software development life cycle on web technology and mobile technology
Understand online video streaming requirement from ingest to playout
Very good knowledge on performance metrics for Learning platform and services
Technical liaison with key vendors in the learning management space.
Coordinating with internal business.
Evaluate, prototype solution design and perform POC to satisfy the business requirement.
Create, monitor and maintain the Production, pre-production Development environments on Azure, AWS cloud and Virtual environment as well as bare metal hardware.
Participate in solution designing, infra sizing for Cloud, CMS, OVP, CDN Video Systems
Build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, including vendor organization.
