Architect end-to-end integrated solutions leveraging the best mix of offerings, assets, and capabilities to maximize value for the client and Accenture. The architect ensures that these solutions are closely aligned with the strategic objectives of the client s organization, while also balancing the priorities and resources of the broader enterprise. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of solution effectiveness are key components of the daily workflow.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance solution design and delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and implementation of solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Experience in designing and implementing IT operations workflows and automation within ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management principles and best practices.
- Ability to architect scalable and maintainable solutions that align with business objectives.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into effective solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
