• Collaborate with sales teams to respond to RFIs and RFQs for MES solutions
• Develop sales strategies and support execution for enterprise software opportunities
• Present business value and ROI of MES solutions to manufacturing customers
• Create tailored presentations addressing customer business problems and solution fit
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer pain points and requirements
• Design and deliver MES system demonstrations based on client needs
• Provide deployment strategy guidance including cost-benefit analysis
• Work with implementation teams and partners on solution delivery planning
• Gather customer feedback and provide insights for product improvements
• Support objection handling during the sales process and enhance sales effectiveness
• Communicate MES value proposition across manufacturing supply chain operations
• Support relationship management and technical pre-sales activities
