About The Role
We are looking for a high-performing candidate with strong hunting capabilities to drive new logo acquisition and enterprise growth. Drive enterprise sales growth across Defence and Ministry
ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Drive enterprise sales growth and new logo acquisition.
Build pipeline through outbound sales and networking.
Engage senior stakeholders and decision makers.
Manage complete sales lifecycle.
Work with pre-sales and solution teams.
Drive account growth initiatives.
Maintain forecasting and pipeline management.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; MBA preferred.
Relevant enterprise sales experience.
Experience selling ERP, BPM, DMS, AI/ML, or similar enterprise software solutions.
Strong account management experience.
Track record of 1 Cr+ deal closures preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
