Enterprise Shared Services leader overseeing operations across global hubs
Strong background in leading global Supply Chain/Procurement/Finance centers

Job Description

Proven track record of leading large‑scale global transformation programs, including digital transformation initiatives leveraging AI.
Clearly define and communicate the value proposition across all sites globally
Identify opportunities to expand scope, complexity, and value of services.
Own and govern business continuity planning and crisis management
Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and best‑practice methodologies

The Successful Applicant

10-12 years in senior leadership roles heading shared services organizations with P&L responsibility
Demonstrated experience managing large, multi‑country, multi‑thousand‑employee operations
Broad functional knowledge across Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, and Human Resources
Strong people leadership and talent management capabilities.
High strategic agility with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
