Enterprise Security Engineer - First Advantage (Bangalore/Mumbai)

Position Overview

This position will be focused on new security technology planning and implementation within the First Advantage environment for Enterprise Security. This individual will be responsible for engineering for multiple aspects of Enterprise Security, related to security monitoring, external SaaS, and infrastructure security. The individual will be responsible for the evaluation, planning, and implementation of new information security technologies in support of Enterprise Security Engineering programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and recommend new security technologies to improve enterprise security
• Plan and implement security tools across the environment
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure secure designs
• Maintain security engineering documentation and standards
• Stay current on emerging technologies, threats, and vulnerabilities in the information security space

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees or equivalent experience in a related field
• 3+ years in information security engineering or similar roles
• Experience with common security technologies (EDR,IDS/IPS/SIEM/NGFW)
• Ability to work independently on security projects and initiatives
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Security certificates (e.g. CISSP, SANS)
• Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure)
• Familiarity with frameworks (NIST, CIS)

The working hours for this role will align with UK business hours.
