We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Manager with a strong background in B2B SaaS product sales, preferably in the Conversational AI, CX automation or customer engagement space, to drive new enterprise business across the Indian market.
This is a pure hunting and closing role, requiring ownership of complex enterprise deal cycles and engagement with senior stakeholders.
Only candidates from product-based SaaS companies will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Own the complete enterprise sales cycle prospecting, discovery, solutioning, commercial negotiations, and closure.
Drive new logo acquisition across mid-market and enterprise accounts in India.
Sell into CXOs, Founders, VPs, and Heads of Customer Experience, Support, Operations, or Digital.
Build and manage a strong, predictable pipeline aligned to quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver tailored enterprise solutions.
Maintain accurate forecasting and strong CRM hygiene.
Provide structured market feedback to refine product positioning and GTM strategy.
Mandatory Requirements (Please Apply Only If You Meet All Criteria)
7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product sales (mandatory).
Current Or Recent Experience In a Product-based SaaS Company.
Prior exposure to Conversational AI, customer engagement platforms, contact center tech, chatbots, voice AI, or CX automation preferred.
Proven track record of closing enterprise deals in the Indian market.
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles.
Strong hunter mindset with consistent quota achievement.
Willingness to work from the Bangalore office (this is not a remote role).
