Job Description

We are seeking a Enterprise Sales Specialist for an AI powered LMS.

Job Profile:

Drive enterprise sales across India and global markets

Engage CHROs, L&D Heads, and Talent Leaders

Build and manage your own pipeline.

Use AI-powered sales automation platforms (Apollo.io, Seamless.AI, Clay, Reply.io, etc.) to identify, research, and qualify prospects.

Contribute directly to revenue growth.

Maintain accurate tracking of leads and activities in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

Enterprise Sales Specialist Requirements:

2 to 4 years of End to end sales experience

Proven expertise in lead generation for LMS products/services, especially in the corporate L&D genre in India and US.

This role emphasizes AI-driven sales excellence—leveraging advanced automation platforms to build pipelines, connect with decision-makers, and secure qualified meetings that fuel global growth.

This is an individual contributor role ideal for candidates who thrive in prospecting, AI-enabled outreach, relationship-building, and driving new business opportunities.

Must have:

Lead generation experience

Enterprise consultative selling

Full-cycle SaaS customer closures

Strong HR / L&D relationship networks
