Job Description

At iona.ai, we are building the future of high volume hiring. Our AI-powered platform helps large companies in India find and hire the best talent, faster. We are a new, ambitious team looking for a sales specialist to help us grow.

Your Role
Your mission is to introduce iona.ai to large companies based out of Delhi. You will build relationships with HR leaders, understand their hiring challenges, and show them how our technology can help. You will manage the entire sales process, from the first conversation to closing the deal.

What We're Looking For

You have at least 3 years of experience selling software to large companies (enterprise sales) in Mumbai, India.
You have deep experience and connections within the HR Tech industry in India.
You have a proven track record of successfully closing deals.
