Key Responsibilities
1. Platform Sales & GTM Ownership
- Build and execute the go-to-market strategy for platform/SaaS offerings
- Identify and close enterprise deals with NBFCs, fintechs, banks, and digital platforms
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → solutioning → negotiation → closure
2. Product Positioning & Packaging
- Work closely with product & leadership to:
- Package LOS, LMS, underwriting, collections, and monitoring modules into sellable SaaS offerings
- Define pricing models (SaaS fee, usage-based, hybrid, revenue share)
- Translate internal capabilities into client-ready propositions
3. Enterprise Relationship Management
- Build CXO-level relationships across financial institutions and fintechs
- Act as a trusted advisor on digital lending infrastructure
4. Revenue Ownership
- Own platform P&L / revenue targets
- Build a predictable sales pipeline and drive closures
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with:
- Product & Tech → for integrations & customisations
- Credit & Ops → for showcasing underwriting strength
- Partnerships team → to avoid overlap and drive synergy
6. Market Intelligence
- Track SaaS lending ecosystem, competitors, and pricing benchmarks
- Identify new monetisation opportunities (white-label, APIs, embedded finance)
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3-6 years of experience in: SaaS / Enterprise tech sales (mandatory)
- Preferably fintech, lending infrastructure, or BFSI tech
- Strong understanding of Lending lifecycle (LOS, LMS, underwriting, collections)
- API-led / platform businesses
- Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals
- Experience in 0→1 business building or new product sales is a strong plus
- Ability to engage with CXOs and drive complex sales cycles
