Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Enterprise Sales Specialist role based in Mumbai. The Enterprise Sales Specialist will identify, prospect, and qualify new enterprise opportunities for FirstConnectt's CPaaS solutions, focusing on messaging and voice channels. Responsibilities include leading the end-to-end sales cycle, from discovery and solution presentation to negotiation, closure, and handover to delivery teams. The role involves building and managing a pipeline, conducting product demos, preparing proposals, and creating tailored solutions in collaboration with pre-sales and technical teams. The specialist will maintain strong relationships with key accounts, monitor performance against targets, provide regular sales reports and forecasts, and gather market and competitor insights to inform go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Lead Generation and Sales, including prospecting, pipeline building, and closing enterprise deals.
- Experience in Sales Operations and Sales Management, such as forecasting, reporting, and optimizing sales processes.
- Proficiency in Account Management, with the ability to nurture long-term client relationships and drive account growth.
- Background in B2B technology or SaaS sales; CPaaS, telecom, or cloud communication experience is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Comfort working with CRM tools and sales analytics to track performance and improve conversion rates.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and meet ambitious revenue targets.
