Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Enterprise Sales Specialist (CPaaS & CCaaS) located in South Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for lead generation, managing sales operations, and building and maintaining strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will also include managing sales processes, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions for CPaaS and CCaaS offerings.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and identifying opportunities in target markets
- Strong experience in Sales and Sales Operations to drive growth and maximize revenue
- Skills in Account Management, building long-term client relationships, and understanding client business requirements
- Expertise in Sales Management to oversee end-to-end sales processes and achieve organizational goals
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
- Familiarity with the CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service) and CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) domains
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
