We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Representative for Microsoft Services to join our team in Noida, India. The ideal candidate will have 10-20 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of success in the IT services industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills who can effectively engage with enterprise clients in the US market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the Microsoft Services segment.
- Identify, target, and secure new enterprise clients while nurturing existing relationships.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs in the US market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of Microsoft Services to clients.
- Present and demonstrate Microsoft Services solutions to potential clients, showcasing value propositions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining profitability.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote Microsoft Services.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10-20 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in IT services or software solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft products and services, including Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and methodologies, including solution selling and consultative sales techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on results.
