Role Overview
As an Enterprise Sales / Pre-Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying prospects, generating opportunities, conducting high-impact discovery and demos, managing the sales pipeline, and closing qualified enterprise deals.
This is not an activity-based sales role.
You will own outcomes — from first outreach to revenue closure.
You will work closely with founders, product teams, engineering teams, and customer success to deliver measurable business value to customers.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Strategic Prospecting
- Identify and qualify high-value business opportunities
- Execute outbound prospecting through cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and strategic networking
- Conduct deep account and industry research across SaaS, e-commerce, customer support, IT services, and knowledge-intensive sectors
- Profile ideal customers and buying committees
- Respond to and qualify inbound marketing leads
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene and accurate opportunity tracking
- Meet monthly and quarterly pipeline generation targets
Discovery & Opportunity Qualification
- Conduct high-quality discovery conversations
- Identify decision-makers, influencers, and budget owners
- Understand operational pain points and financial leakage
- Qualify deals based on urgency, ownership, budget, and strategic fit
- Align customer pain with BotIntelli's value proposition
Pre-Sales & Product Demonstration
- Deliver compelling and high-impact product demonstrations
- Map BotIntelli's capabilities to real business problems
- Explain features such as chatbot training, knowledge management, analytics, workflow automation, integrations, and RAG-based AI responses
- Build ROI-driven sales narratives
- Handle objections with confidence and clarity
- Prepare proposals and commercial recommendations
Deal Closure & Negotiation
- Drive negotiation strategy with prospects
- Create urgency and executive alignment
- Push stalled deals forward
- Present pricing and commercial structures
- Close contracts while meeting revenue targets
Customer Success Alignment
- Ensure smooth onboarding transitions with customer success teams
- Maintain strategic customer relationships
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Capture customer feedback for product improvement
Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on AI, automation, chatbot, and enterprise SaaS trends
- Share market feedback with product and marketing teams
- Contribute to sales playbooks and messaging refinement

Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, inside sales, or business development
- Strong experience in consultative selling and pre-sales
- Minimum 1+ year of experience selling B2B SaaS solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience in AI, SaaS, automation, or enterprise platform sales preferred
