Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and ambitious Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team in Bangalore. You will be responsible for driving high-value enterprise sales, building long-term relationships with key stakeholders, and positioning Zixflow as a trusted partner for customer engagement solutions.
Responsibilities- Identify and pursue enterprise sales opportunities through outbound and inbound channels.
- Engage with CXOs and senior leadership to understand business needs and present customized solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation, demo, proposal, negotiation, to closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM systems.
- Work cross-functionally with product and marketing teams to enhance customer experience.
Requirements- 2–5 years of enterprise/B2B sales experience (preferably in CPaaS, or Martech).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Based in Bangalore or open to relocation.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience selling WhatsApp Business API, CRMs, or communication platforms.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRMs.
- Existing network of enterprise clients is a plus.
