Job Description
We're looking for talented AEs and Enterprise Sales Managers to onboard top marketplaces/D2C brands across India as Zippee customers.
You'll be accountable for end-to-end customer acquisition across categories like beauty, wellness, pet care, F&B, and apparel while working cross-functionally to drive revenue and deliver on critical company objectives.
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, must be comfortable staying flexible, thrive as a self-starter in a dynamic, unstructured early-stage environment, and drive high-level strategic discussions across stakeholders. No task is beneath you if it moves the mission forward. We move fast, we set a high bar, and we're not for everyone.
This is an in-person role (M-F office | Saturday remote) at our Gurgaon HQ.
What You Will Do
Build relationships with CXOs of marketplaces/D2C brands, demonstrate the value of our platform to the right fit, and most importantly, DRIVE REVENUE!
Outreach to prospects (outbound & inbound), lead discovery/demo calls, and work through sales cycle to hit quota.
Own and grow revenue pipeline for subsequent quarters.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Finance, & Customer Success, delivering real-time feedback on our new/existing products and features.
Be an ambassador for Zippee, both internally and externally.
Qualifications
3-8 years of relevant Enterprise Sales/BD, Account Executive, or Partnership experience.
Proven closing skills and ability to meet + exceed sales quotas.
Strong communication (written + verbal), objection handling, and persuasion skills.
Ability to think strategically, plan meticulously, and execute methodically.
A people person with gratitude, integrity, and no ego.
Bonus Points If You Have
Sales experience at Supply Chain/Ecommerce logistics aggregators.
Sold SaaS products to CXOs at top Indian D2C brands.
