Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Enterprise Sales Manager role based in New Delhi & Mumbai. The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role includes managing existing accounts, delivering impactful sales presentations, overseeing sales operations, and generating leads to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Operations to develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed revenue goals
  • Experience in Sales Presentations and Lead Generation to effectively present solutions and attract prospective clients
  • Strong expertise in Account Management to maintain and grow existing client relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Proven ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Previous experience in the technology or customer experience sectors will be advantageous
